Gay Walling, a St. George's Trustee, is behind the efforts to set up a separate 501c3 for the Preservation Trust. This trust will support the National Historic Landmark focus of St. George's, enabling capital campaigns for the building to be under a separate umbrella from the day-to-day operations of the congregation.
